Shelby is the gift we all look for, a treasure in every sense of the word.
Shelby was left for dead, tied to a fence in a gas station before being brought to a shelter. She was depressed in the shelter and was not eating or exercising. Probably only weeks from dying, I brought her home.
After surgeries on her abused legs, I trained Shelby to be a therapy dog.
She now is in high demand to visit people in need.
